One for your diary, Windmill Community Allotment Project are holding an open day at Dane Valley Allotments, Dane Valley Road. This is a project all about producing food to high standards without chemicals and transforming how we get our veg.
As part of that project the community offers a "vegetable box" scheme in which I presume you purchase every week and receive a box stuffed with a variety of local organically grown veg to see you through the week.
